This is the second time that I've had an issue come up while guests were using our home. We called wanting to know how soon we could have service done on our garbage disposal. The customer service was very good, the tech was timely and was knowledgeable of the job. The tech was thorough in completing the task and cleaned up after finishing. One thing to know is they use their own source for water heaters. you would not be able to request a particular popular brand, otherwise, a great company.
